We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with our services. Loan Port prides itself on finding finance for customers where others have failed. As part of your processing fee your personal merlin webpage will be updated regularly with new products, new Lenders and discounts as they become available to you. You also have access to your free credit report, £’s worth of eBooks, savings and discounts all of which can save you hundreds of pounds and access to lenders you won't find anywhere else.
In the unlikely event that after 14 days from your intial application you still have not received an offer from one of our lenders or financiers you may write into us at BM LOANPORT, LONDON, WC1N 3XX and we will issue you a refund. Please note this is the only acceptable reason for a refund and you can refer to our terms and conditions here for further details.
